Home Brewing
My latest homebrew is an Irish Stout. It contains:
  • 1/2 lb crystal 80 grain
  • 1/4 lb chocolate grain
  • 3/4 lb black barley grain
  • 8 lb Briess dark extract
  • 2 oz Bullion bittering hops
  • 1oz Willamette finishing hops
  • Irish ale yeast
  • 3/4 cup corn sugar

    It is very dark and creamy, just like my favorite beer Guinness Stout. It also makes a head and cascades almost like the draft Guinness does.
